While he was preoccupied with pocketing my money, I drew the pepper spray that I had just purchased. I had not remembered to move it from my work station after receiving it. I sure did not regret my decision to buy pepper spray around that time.
The thief fled hurriedly, wailing from hurting, after I dispersed the pepper spray onto his eyes. I went on to enjoin the area's shop operators to buy pepper spray in order to stay protected.
