I was a walking buff for so many years until I got mugged two weeks ago during an early morning walk. It was a good thing he was too kind to be interested only in my iPod and wallet.

No external power is needed for one hour, after which it can be recharged using a USB cord plugged into a computer or car cigarette lighter. Its file capacity is 8 gigabytes, equivalent to 3 hours of recordings. One can use any media software compatible with AVI files to view what was recorded.
The Mace Hotwalkers Pepper Spray Walking Weights is one of my favorite gadgets to protect myself walking. It functions as a weight which amounts to a pound and as a safety instrument because it is actually 10% pepper spray, too.
